*All Rod/Reel combo orders ASSEMBLED TO ORDER. Assembly time is generally about 7-10 business days, but can be longer.
*Merchandise damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible with no hassle to the buyer. James Tackle must be notified of damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
*Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 7 days of original receipt for any reason but must be in new condition in original packaging. Any line spooling is not refundable. James Tackle must be notified of return within 48 hours of receipt and RA# must accompany the package. James Tackle is not responsible for return shipping costs unless wrong item was recieved or damaged in transit. All returns subject to a 20% re-stocking fee excluding incorrect received merchandise. James Tackle reserves the right to repair or replace (at our choice) any items with factory defects or damage in transit. This is of no cost to the buyer. Because all rod/reel combo orders and line spooling on a reel are custom assembled, the 20% re-stocking fee applies to combos and spooled reels returned, effective immediately when order is placed and line spooling is non-refundable.
*Credit/Refund will not be given for any line spooling on a returned reel.
*Any custom colors/names/graphic work on rods make rod non-returnable or refundable.
